As to my current issue I've got the "- Search for someone who can fulfill your dream wish." in my logbook, but I've searched every room of every area I know (New Ark City, Abandoned Town, Transylvania, Milk Farm, Deserted Base) and come up dry. Is it this "Island" mentioned in the updates? I could also use some help getting there as well.
Rinny Can fulfill Lust's deepest desire, simply ignore all her advances till you get the "Ask for??????" and you would be able to do this with all the Romancable NPCs.
As for the Island it is the Painting in the Upper New Ark, find a way to destroy the Statue, Simply sneak up behind the receptionist and then fiddle with the Statue, when time has passed the massive painting would have no one looking at it, Rest upon the Bench and the Painting of the Island would take you into itself.
I'm assuming Bell wandered off. Iirc, she can be in one of three places, being the forest, Succubi Tower, or the police station.
And with Cassie, I'd say work on the stories Fawn and Rinny for a while. Having a healthy relationship with someone with connections and helping an entire town live without fear would give anyone the stones to start disrespecting the mafia.

Gain fawn, lin lin, sammy, and arline. And also beside the don's place is the sleeping area go there and don't get scammed if you do he's at gentlemen's club and then save before attempting to save Cassie because if you fail it's a bad ending. All I can say if you need help just ask.
...I think "Gain Cassie's trust" is what the logbook says when you first meet her. So just in case that's where they are, I'll add that the first thing you do after meeting her in the storehouse and either convincing her to listen or beating her in a fight, is to get her food.
I was going to finish the parasite quest to save the rat scientist from the pit. I made a new game save today and can load it and play it normally. I just can't play the old save files. Id rather not have to play through all of that again if I can avoid it.
Your save files are from too many versions back and isn't compatible anymore. If you're on desktop though, you can navigate to the folder with the missing file, and put a dummy file in there to trick the game into thinking everything's fine. Then just save your game and it should work.
I'm back (sorry for being gone for so long) and I was looking at the update/change logs and I've been seeing things about an "island". What's that about?
The Linux version didn't work for me, but the Windows version works great. Text is the perfect size, and controller support is built into the gave (I think I just selected the standard gamepad template); the only small issue I have is that loading the file list is slower (about 3-5 seconds to display the list) if there are about 20 or more saves (but you can just load the autosave instantly on startup).
I'm stuck in a never ending cycle with Rinny. I went to see Rinny to see what she would think of my new parasites on my breasts and crotch but the only 2 options were hand holding and for her to grow a cock. now all I can do is tease her for eternity

After don you go check in on her talk to her take her on a date to New Ark, wait awhile (sleep a few times) then talk to her again go on next date to the Milk Farm after that you can do things with her upstairs (so probably by this point) if not then try all 3 options (each new one unlocks after you do the first option so first there is one option then after you do that two options so on) by this time you should be able to renovate remember it cost 10k to do so so make sure you have that money laying around before you do.

You need to do Cassie's route. To start it, visit the slums and force pass the toll guy, then sleep and return to the slums!

You can Capture, and Renovate, afterwards, Disclaimer this is the longest quest in the game, and has a lot of Stat Checks.
