-To hold hands with fawn you would need to go to the torture rack if you've unlocked that part of Fawn's route.
-While you can't find out where Bell is when she dissaperes, you can prevent that by buying the cowbell choker in the Naughty Kitty Store and giving it to her

Assuming you are already at the point of being able to enter Upper New Arch and are unable to find her, check your Logbook. If it says to look for Fawn in the Slums, you need to speak with the receptionist at The Torture Rack (even if you have already done this, loading a saved game might necessitate your doing so again). After this the Logbook will tell you to look for her in UNA, she will then appear in the college.
You need to get Alissa to interrupt you and Cassie 3 times. The one most people miss is having to annoy Cassie (make her change clothes a lot. She can't be pregnant for this.)
I'm a little disappointed that most futa encounters as a male have no anal option. Especially since I changed to a female and noticed that it barely (if at all, in Rinny's case) actually describes the bodypart that gets penetrated.

Ive bought the ankle stocks but I can't figure out how to get them to work? Everytime I walk to them the screen flashes and goes back to normal. No access menu or anything pops up. Are they just not completely finished?

it's supposed to get consumed when you enter (although I don't know why either), but when you get one quality pass made, you can then tinker with your items and make your own, don't have to go to the dude to make them for you
so its intentional, why? isnt it a living area? and from what i understand the passes are very hard to get, if they are one time use they would have to be rather accessible, at least in UNA, else no one would ever leave because they would be locked out. but there is a line to get in, so they have to be somewhat easy to get, but if they are one time then they wouldn't be as personal like a id, and real ones would be sold all over. it just doesn't make sense from a world building perspective.
There isn't really an explanation, other than gameplay wise it's to make it so that you don't go up there regularly, until you find a reasonable method to obtain passes. The idea is that there's so much traffic, and that's why they're so hard to get.
that is counter intuitive, if there is a lot of traffic it means there is a lot that are getting the passes then, while sure supply isn't matching demand, but many are still getting in. at the very least there should be a seller of the real passes then. it sounds like you intend there to be a more permeant way up in the future. or your talking about the tinker option with the passes. kind of odd but ok, though there isnt exactly all that much up there now, but its a bit tedious when hunting for the new content after a update.

Specifically UNA, no! And yes, everything goes back to normal! Private dungeon should work the same, but I gutted out the code and revised all of it so that it should be easier for me to add content later to it!

Ah, so it was a game-mechanic? You can toggle some of those things of where you can toggle fetishes off and stuff like that I guess.

Ah okay, that means your save is bugged. You can fix it by starting a NG+, or you can send me your save and I'll fix it manually.

Desert area, maybe 4-5 releases? Body types, unlikely since it'll mess with formfitting clothing unfortunately.

Put Rinny in the bed and Cassie in the ankle stocks.
Leave them both.
Sleep and visit the bed.
Then let the person on the bed go.
And get confused.
