Then after talking to all 4 (I think) characters head to the slums to find a npc near dom's hideout, spend 1000 credits and find him again the next day at the gentleman's club complete dialog and the "quest" after, afterwards find a certain character that has authority (hint: she has red hair and her furry form is a fish thing? forgot what it as called) then you should be 100% prepared if all your stats are like 99 and plus other buffs like intoxicated, invigorated and etc
Talk to Fawn several times, Arlene, Sammy, Lin Lin and then city slums homeless. Then go to the police station. After that you are ready. You don't need 99 stats. Just save and try. If you fail 3 times train a bit more. Level 5 to nimble and strenght should be enough.
I did do it but when I came back there was still nothing... I do have a "horse cock" from modifying my body so maybe that's what keeping me form learning it since I have the "biggest" cock

To enter the graveyard go with rinny to the gate, then talk to the guy nearby. Rinny will then help you fly over the gate if you want.

Yeah, admittedly it can be obscure. There is the logbook, but it'll only have entries after you've started a quest. I'm also doing a guide, but it's specifically for backers. I think what most people do right now is check the changelog for hints on what to investigate. Can also ask here.

As far as i know the queen isn't available, maybe you saw them talking about the other game, LD, or they were talking about the fairy queen. LD+ is a remake, but not everything will be the same. More things will be different.

There's 3 separate scenes you need to do, not just in the bedroom (and then sleep then talk to Cassie again.) The one most people miss involves 'annoying' Cassie~. And thanks!

I'm new to RPGMaker, but I love your way of building and storytelling so much, but I'm not sure how to get that in RPGMaker. Where did you learn to do that, or did you just figure it out yourself?
Thanks! I'm glad, since a lot of RPGMaker games tend to look the same. You do basically have to learn how to code, so that you can get into your game's systems and rework them the way you want. My recommendation would be to fiddle around with scripts to see if you can make them work differently, as well as hit up dedicated RPG maker forums for help (https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php for example!)

you don't have to pay that guy at all, just refuse several times in a row until you have option to pay 500 to the actual homeless people there

Pay attention to NPC dialoges. There is one NPC that will tell you the risk of learning magic. After that talk to Rinny and answer her question.
