The fight against Edith has "limb detachment" as part of the fight, but you can skip it if that makes you uneasy. I'm very glad this is an option, because it does kind of bother me. So...I skip the tough fight against Edith and just go for the "save Transylvania all at once" angle. I miss a few things by skipping the limb detachment stuff, but want to make sure that I don't miss anything that alters interactions or something special by skipping the fight!
I do like how you mix what is primarily a fairly serious game with a LOT of humor. Random NPC comments, how various people treat holding hands (Sammy and Arlene are both great), catching the police chief with "important business"...fun stuff!

Ah, doll is just used there as a generic term, like pet, or cutie, not necessarily that there is a doll race or anything, even if the character is technically a 'lust doll'!

First you must agitate the don by outsmarting his body guard at the slums, then ask for a job, he'll ask you to retrieve cassie, talk to cassie about the don, then after a few days she'll go missing, approach the don and youll find hes captured her, then you must recruit people around new ark to help save cassie, after you save her, capture a bandit girl, and after you finish the mania following that, you'll be able to renovate the basement. Keep in mind if you dont recruit enough people you and cassie will have to flee new ark and the game will end.
Next update for Patreon is around the 20th, with public releases on the 7th the following month! Asking Cassie about that won't be for a little while yet!
Ha, all these comments about how to progress Fawn's route further, and yet, all of them seem to be further along in it than I am, and I have no idea how to progress either. I try to talk to her at her apartment every day, and have for a while. And I've done every scene with her at the bdsm club at least once, as far as I know. The conclusion of the Cassie route quite firmly established Arlene to me as someone who... though mostly an ally, is definitely not a friend, and is generally someone to keep at arm's length). So, unlike almost everything else in the game so far, this solution strikes me as... just a thing I am doing to progress, rather than a thing I am doing because I want to.
She is def. somewhat unhinged XD. And, I getcha. Her being there is supposed to be more of a convenient excuse to bring up harsher plays with Fawn. Maybe I can see about a choice that doesn't have the character ask to be her subbe, but still ask Fawn

After you rest 2-3 times in the farm you go to the milkers and it wil be ready
I've rested way more then 3 times by now but it still says they're working on renovations...
I was able to "fix" it by resetting the farm, after that i just had to leave the room with Bell
