as long as you have 20.1 your fine and how you would get there, a man in the slums asks for food and he lets you know where the faulty ones are but lin lin will tell you that the tattoo artist can make them work 100% of the time and then you can make your own with a pen and faulty pass also you cant be indecent or aroused when entering upper new ark.

you need to give the dude in the new ark slums rest area (the one where you can sleep) some food like 2-3 times, until he told you where you can get the counterfeit passes in the slums market
after you get it, you need a pen and go to Lin-lin to get a forged pass
There is a main storyline that eventually comes into play, but the main thing is just wandering around, helping people out with their problems at the moment
I really love how the game is. I played the first one but now I want to try this one but I tried everything to get it working on my MacBook air I tried them all from the "!zMAC USERS PLEASE READ" (And plus By the way, I played the first one on my windows laptop and I'm still just starting to get used to my Macbook air)

Oof sorry to hear. If you play on browser, your save is stored in your Internet browser's cache. Check your settings to make sure it doesn't automatically get erased. You'll also need to not be playing in incognito mode
I'm having some trouble getting to UNA - as some of the other comments here have indicated, I've given food to the homeless guy in the slums, but all he says is something or another about a VIP bathhouse on the main city level. Nothing about the black market or anything. Is there something I need to do at the bathhouse to unlock further dialogue options?; if so, what is it?

You generally don't need to reset your game. I usually take measures to ensure older save games port over properly.
