Curious to see when you plan on revisiting the Island, and given a few comments, thinking you've watched a few Monty Python movies! (at least, I'm only aware of Monty Python doing the killer bunny) Can you actually do anything with the generic doctor? It just says "you don't need to see the doctor now".

Need help!" but because of my agility was able to get away from whoever the help was (and they were disappointed!). I knew weapons and indecent clothes would trigger it but just being aroused? How does anyone in UNA survive?? Actually, given that, I'm surprised that Miki and Sana had the fun that they did with poor LD!

Sometimes, I try not to though, just because a lot of players will have passed those points already. So usually it's only for stuff that's repeatable (like adding more interactions to private dungeon scenes for example)

you don't need to drag and drop and of the saves anywhere if you launch the newer version and hit load all the saves you made on the previous version will still be there. In short older save files are compatible with newer versions so there is no need to move the saves.
if you left her there without freeing her then no it is not a bug. All you have to do Is go back to the basement and hit the button at the bottom that says something along the lines of leave with freeing and then she'll go back to where she is supposed to be.
I wish I could help you on this one. I play entirely on Android for the convenience. Maybe you could try using a MicroSD card to try and transfer but the platform distinction might be enough that it's impossible. I'm curious to see if the MicroSD approach works though. I'm no professional so I hope it works out for you but I may be completely wrong.

How do I get cumflation or the megaboobs? Its not in the wiki nor can I find any information on it. There isn't any information on who the cock growth or boob growth spells work on.
Megaboobs/cock can only be obtained through Mistarya's bad ending, as far as I'm aware, and cumflation is something I've only gotten by being defeated by an infected scientist in the meat infested new ark science lab. There could be other ways to get these states but I'm not aware of any. If I find some other methods I'll let you know.
That ending isn't Patreon only. You get it by being trapped by Mistarya and enduring her attempts to make you cum. Other than your own character I'm not sure who those spells will work on.

may be a stupid question but how do you progress that shop keepers quest in Transylvania? All they say is “I can’t sell you my items till you sample them” or something but I don’t know what to do and it’s not on the wiki at all. Is it just work in progress?
I think it takes a random amount of time before your character enters the final stage of pregnancy.
How long is your character in the early stage of pregnancy?
P.S.: Once your character has delivered the baby, you can no longer put on any lower underwear. If you try, a loading-error-message will pop up saying that the game failed to load the image of your character wearing the lower underwear, because the game still thinks that your character is pregnant. (at least thats how it is in the version r27.1)
Indivi can tell you for sure but I THINK the save files will transfer from one build to the next. At the least, the saves are there after I delete the old version and install a newer version.
I play since r7.3 and I can only recall one time where an old save wasn’t usable in the new version. The save still existed but there was a bug, r20.1 ended exactly before meeting Fawn and if you continued a character from r20.1 in r21.1 that already crossed a certain point (I think the hard BDSM-session but I’m not sure) Fawn didn’t show up in the college.
All I do is just unpacking the ZIP in the folder I use for LD+ and other adult games.
After that I can just delete the old folder and done.
As an Example the ZIP for the r27.1 has contains a folder named “Lust Doll Plus r27.1 (Win)” that contains all data, and (after unpacking) I just had to delete the folder “Lust Doll Plus r26.1 (Win)” so that it didn’t occupied storage.

1. I'll usually try to do new poses where I can! Animations isn't likely to happen though.
2. Get the hobo that accepts food to like you! When you sleep, he'll reset, giving you a new hint!

But normally the new version just use the same place for the saves, so that it shows the old ones (and use them)
